A Message from Elizabeth Warren

Ed Markey and Elizabeth WarrenLast year, you defied the odds. You taught a scrappy first-time candidate how to get in the ring and fight — and together, we took back the Senate seat in Massachusetts.

Each morning when I wake up, I think about what I’m going to try to do today. And each morning, I remember how hard you worked to take our fight to Washington. I’m deeply grateful for every single volunteer who knocked on doors, who made phone calls, and who worked more hours than I thought humanly possible.

On Tuesday, June 25th, there is going to be another critical election in Massachusetts to decide who will be my partner in the United States Senate. I’m asking for your help to make sure on that day we elect another strong Democrat who will fight for what we believe in.

Please watch this short video I recorded, then please sign up to volunteer for my friend Ed Markey — and help us ensure that working families in Massachusetts have another champion in Washington:

Ed was fighting for working families long before I became a United States Senator. He has stood up to Wall Street and taken on their army of lobbyists when they’ve tried to crush, squeeze and hammer the middle class.

You can depend on Ed Markey for the issues we care about. He’s been one of the strongest leaders for environmental protection in the House of Representatives. He supports common sense gun control to keep our kids safe. And he’s always stood up for women — for equal pay for equal work, access to birth control, and a woman’s right to choose.

We can’t let this seat go to a Republican who sides with the big banks. A Republican who opposes a ban on assault weapons or high capacity magazines. A Republican who won’t fight for a woman’s right to choose.

Don’t leave this election up to chance — it’s time to roll up our sleeves and do what it takes to win one more time.

It was only three years ago that Scott Brown won the last Senate special election in Massachusetts, and we can’t take anything for granted.

Sign up to volunteer for Ed Markey’s campaign today.

Thank you for being a part of this,

Elizabeth

P.S. I’ll never forget the all the people who shared their hopes and dreams with me during our campaign, and put their faith in my ability to fight for them. I will always carry your stories in my heart. Now I’m asking for your help one more time. Will you join me in supporting Ed Markey? Sign up now.
