Gubernatorial Candidates Websites

surfing the web

A quick, easy, and convenient way to get an initial feel for a political candidate is to visit their website. To get the most out of your visit, I recommend that you think about what you’re hoping to learn before you start your search.

Once on the site consider the following:  Do the candidates talk about the issues that are important to you?  Do they take a clear, unambiguous, position on these issues?  Do the candidates have realistic plans to solve the problems we face in Massachusetts, and do their plans include a basis for financing?

If you can’t find what you’re looking for on the site, consider contacting the campaign directly with your questions.  It’s always good to find out how responsive a campaign is, as it may reflect how responsive an administration will be.

Also, while browsing keep in mind that what you see on these web sites, is only what the candidates want you to see.

Happy Surfing!
